Riding the wave of hip hop is what keeps rapper, Tahija Akeem Glenn (T.A.G) inspired. The 28-year-old artist from a small town in South Carolina decided to become a musician in his junior year in high school. After his mother passed away in 2008, he made a decision to make music a priority and push for his dream no matter what. Influenced by his best friend and artist, Mike McFligh, the self-proclaimed “Pretty Boy Keem” is adding Southern swing to the state of hip hop. Before moving to Los Angeles in 2015, T.A.G opened up for Jeezy in South Carolina and Travis Porter in Atlanta, which pushed him to get closer to the action. Now, with hits like “Dolla Bill,” “Running,” and “Millionair,” T.A.G is ready to show the hip hop industry a sound they’ll never forget.
